Hot House
The Hot House seems to always be the topic of discussion on our Playland FB group. Everybody remembers the Hot House..... the sauce, the sour dough with sauce, enchiladas and the tamales with sauce. It was all about the sauce!
The Hot House has a deep and long hisotry at Playland at the Beach. Frank Dunnigan has a wonderful article on Hot House. You can enjoy it HERE.
At present date, we wait with baited breath as Eric Faranda tackles opening a Hot House food truck. His family owned the Hot House for many years and he was catering Hot House items for quite a while.
