Primarily for Disney employees. George Whitney Jr. was whisked away Playland in 1953 by Walt Disney. He was Disneyland employee #7. He assisted in the design and functionality of the park and was the only person on Walts advisory staff that had experience with a REAL amusement Park.

His contributions were great.

Letter to John C Ray designer and operator of Belmont Park in San Diego.

Seattle Worlds Fair. George Jr had lost control of Playland in 1960 after the Bob Frazier buyout. He started focusing on other ventures and jobs.

1962 Seattle Worlds fair. George was director of Century 21's Concessions and Amusements Division

"GUNS?" Why Guns? The story is George Jr apparently designed the first Disneyland SHooting gallery. Disneyland doesn't just GIVE these prime windows away. George Jrs contributions had to be great.
