North Concessions
The North Concessions are kind of a mysterious dream for me. They were built around 1923-24 as a grand vision of what was to come....? An Alpine Village at Ocean Beach? The esplanade already had a Victorian Architecture, but maybe they wanted a different theme? It never seemed to be developed any further. They're filled with a variety of unknown concessions and attractions - Bingo parlor, food, exhibits, Red Bug, etc.
The Musee Mecanique first opened in the North Concessions in mid 40's. Then sometime in the mid to late 50's, they're gone.
